Brahma, Vishnu and Shiv three basic gods be,
Represents three cosmic functions universally,
That of creation, preservation, destruction be,
Known as the Hindu triad or the ‘Trimurti’.
They equal in power and importance do be,
Interconnected and interdependent surely,
Brahma the Creator, Vishnu Preserver be,
Shiv the Transformer or Destroyer assuredly.
